Scrapbook-in-a-Day: Vintage Filigree
Date: Saturday, March 11
Time: 10:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Donna is back with another of her always popular, always sold out Scrapbook-in-a-Day projects. This go around you'll be making a big and chunky 9.75" x 7.25" x 3" album with 6 pages/12 sides full of fold out flaps, hidden pockets, and a bunch of interactive pieces, all in a brand new, never-taught-before, easy-to-create format. This gorgeous album will hold over one hundred full size 4x6 photos (or you can mix in photos with journaling, memorabilia, your own art journaling, whatever you wish. This stunning vintage paper collection has 27 different designs that combine a vintage color palette with a mixed media look. Twelve of the paper designs feature gold filigree patterning in the collage elements that elevate this project to whole other level of pretty. These classes always fill up, so reserve your spot early! Students should bring: 12" paper trimmer, score board, bone folder, ruler and pencil, scissors, cropadile/hole punch, paper piercer, corner rounder, regular paper adhesive (tape runner, ATG, etc), double sided tape: 1/8", 1/4", 3/8" and 5/8" (and wider if you have it for making the album cover), also bring Colorbox Chestnut Roan (or another fast drying brown ink) if you like to edge your papers. Registered Students: please email Donna at email@example.com to receive any supply list updates and the class files that go with this project. PLEASE NOTE: this is a full day class. We will take a lunch break. Lunch is delivered in for those students who choose to order out (we use Paisano's) or you can bring your own. We have a fridge and microwave, and there is a water cooler, but no other vending is on site.
