File Folder Folio #5: Hanami Garden
Date: Saturday, May 20
Time: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Join Donna for another brand new File Folder Folio project! These folios make fabulous interactive scrapbooks using standard business file folders. Each File Folder Folio class features an entirely unique design, showcasing the latest in paper collections. This month Donna is using Kaisercraft's gorgeous Hanami Garden collection. The beautiful patterning of red, pink, and gold patterning contrasts vividly against black and cream backdrops creating a lovely, unique Asian theme. These folios are fun, easy to assemble, and we build and decorate all at the same time. Come join in the fun! Students should bring: 12" paper trimmer, score board, bone folder, ruler and pencil, scissors, cropadile/hole punch, paper piercer, corner rounder, regular paper adhesive (tape runner, ATG, etc), double-sided scor-tape: 1/4", 3/8" and 5/8", and Colorbox Chestnut Roan (or another fast drying brown ink) if you like to edge your papers. Registered Students: please email Donna at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive any supply list updates and the class files that go with this project. PLEASE NOTE: this is a full day class. We will take a lunch break. Lunch is delivered in for those students who choose to order out (we use Paisano's) or you can bring your own. We have a fridge and microwave, and there is a water cooler, but no other vending is on site.
